Individual Therapy

I work with clients in individual therapy with a wide range of issues including identity, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, attachment, relational dynamics, limit-setting, loss, parenting, feeling stuck, transitions, or just feeling that something is off. Depending on the area of challenge, we work together to understand patterns that may be holding you back from what you want. As you more clearly understand these dynamics, new options open for living with more satisfaction.

During this process, this may be involve having a better sense of yourself and what you want. Or how to more effectively communicate with a partner, family member, or in the workplace. Or having more clarity regarding healthy boundaries in a certain relationship.

During each step of the process, I enjoy helping people explore a deeper sense of themself and what it looks like to live from this place in all aspects of one’s life.
